Our Commitment to Your Best Service Experience

Your service experience is important to us.

Please read the Service Policy below to better understand the commitments we make to ensure the success of every of your project run by us.

Service Provisions

Lure Force shall provide the services of as defined specifically in the Service Agreement (Contract). Scopes of services are subject to change depending on reality or the actual demand of Client.

Contract will be valid once Client proceeds payment to Lure Force and shall be terminated until Lure Force has completed all the service provisions provided in the Contract and receive the final payment from Client.

All strategies, plans and consultation delivered by Lure Force shall be reviewed and confirmed by Client before actual implementation. Client is fully responsible for the implementation of these strategies, plans and consultation and its consequences.

Lure Force is obliged to:

  • Complete the full service provision and respect the deadlines for detailed work designated and agreed by both Parties as defined in the Contract;
  • Protect the confidentiality of business information provided by Client within the service duration and even after the liquidation of this Contract;
  • Protect the properties and assets of Client within the service duration.

During the implementation, the problems concerning services provided and payments which are not defined in the Contract shall be discussed and negotiated.

Payment

Method of payment could be either in cash or bank transfer (international / domestic) and shall be defined in the Contract. After each payment, Lure Force shall provide the payment receipt and VAT invoice for Client if requested.

Service price might not include the prices of third-party products and services that are required to complete the project: domain fee, hosting fee, licenses for audio, video, images, etc. Lure Force shall ensure the most efficient and optimized costs on behalf of Client when searching for third-party service suppliers (when required).

Delivery & Maintenance

Within 30 days after service delivery, Lure Force shall support any technical issues within the scopes of services defined in the Contract, and are not caused by the subjective misconduct by the Client side. Lure Force shall provide Client with any needed instruction guidelines that are mentioned in the Contract terms.
